Job Description

  • No-touch freight, mostly refrigerated

  • Mix of drop & hook and live loads

  • Deliveries only to dedicated warehouses

  • All loads start and end in Front Royal, VA

  • Return with an empty trailer or a dedicated backhaul

  • Night driving required

  • Most drivers are home weekly, guaranteed home every other weekend for a 34

  • Must have a safe place to park tractor/trailer at home

  • Onsite mechanic shop, driver manager, showers, and nearby food/shopping

  • Must obtain Hazmat within 90 days

Running Area

Drivers may run in:
MA, CT, NY (Albany, Syracuse, Buffalo backhauls), NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN, KY

Pay

  • Average weekly pay: ~$1,500 gross

  • Hazmat loads: +$75

  • Safe & On-Time Bonus: up to +3 CPM

  • Detention (backhauls only): $20/hour after 2 hours

  • No detention on outbound loads

  • Mentor Pay (5 days): $150/day

CPM Pay Scale

  • 0–6 months: $0.65 CPM

  • 7–12 months: $0.655 CPM

  • 13–23 months: $0.66 CPM

  • 24–35 months: $0.67 CPM

  • 36–47 months: $0.68 CPM

  • 48–59 months: $0.69 CPM

  • 60–200 months: $0.70 CPM
