CDL-A Flatbed Driver – OTR – 27% Load Pay

Requirements:
• Age 22+
• 1 yr OTR + 6 mos flatbed
• Steel/pipe, tarps, straps, chains required
• Max 3 violations (3 yrs) | No DUI last 5 yrs
• Must pass DOT physical & drug screen

Pay:
• 27% of load
• $1,400–$1,600/week average
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Weekly pay + direct deposit
• Tarp $40/load | Detention $16/hr | Breakdown $100/day

Home Time & Freight:
• OTR flatbed, some regional
• 2,000–2,500 miles weekly
• Weekend resets for most drivers
• No hazmat

Equipment:
• Newer automatic trucks (assigned)
• Inverters, bunk heaters, dash cams
• Truck may go home if hooked to trailer

Orientation:
• 3 days in Birmingham, AL
• Hotel, meals, travel provided
