CDL-A Flatbed Driver – OTR – $1,400–$1,600 Weekly

Pay & Bonuses:
• 27% of load
• Avg $1,400–$1,600/week
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Per diem: $300/week
• Tarp: $40/load
• Detention: $16/hr
• Breakdown: $100/day
• Layover: $50/day

Requirements:
• Age 22+
• 1 year OTR (3+ states)
• 6 months flatbed in last 5 years
• Experience with steel/pipe, tarps, straps, chains
• Max 3 violations in 3 yrs, 1 preventable in last year
• No DUI last 5 yrs
• All criminal and driving history reviewed

Job Details:
• OTR flatbed
• 2,000–2,500 miles/week
• Flexible, non-forced dispatch
• Most drivers reset on weekends

Equipment:
• Newer automatic trucks
• Assigned tractor, 65 mph
• Truck may go home if attached to trailer
• 40–50% tarping
• No hazmat

Policies:
• Rider age 18+
• Any pet allowed
• EZ Pass/PrePass, Comdata card
• Idling allowed, bunk heaters

Orientation:
• 3 days in Birmingham, AL
• Hotel, meals, and travel provided
• Benefits and 401(k) available
