Position Overview:
Join our Dedicated City fleet based in Fort Wayne, IN, and enjoy stable, home-daily routes with consistent hours and great pay. This is a local driving position ideal for CDL-A drivers looking for predictable schedules and overtime opportunities.

Pay & Schedule:
Hourly Pay: $27.50/hour (Guaranteed 8 hours/day)
Overtime: After 50 hours weekly
Schedule: Assigned start times — current openings at 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM
Hours: 8–14 hours per day
Home Time: Home daily (10 hours off between shifts)
Saturday Work: Required 3 times per month
Annual Pay Increases:

  • 1 year = $28.18/hr

  • 2 years = $29.05/hr

  • 3 years = $30.50/hr

Position Details:

  • Must live within 50 miles of Fort Wayne, IN (46809)

  • Dedicated local city solo routes (no overnight travel)

  • Average 2,000 miles per week

  • All start times are assigned based on operational needs

  • No first shift currently available
