Pay & Bonuses

  • $73,372–$82,212 yearly

  • $0.70–$0.80 CPM (experience-based)

  • $17 per stop (average 13 stops)

  • $24/hr detention after 2 hours (up to $150)

  • $1,000 winter mountain driving bonus (monthly Nov–Mar, total $5,000)

  • Up to +3% safety/on-time bonus

  • Weekly average: $1,450–$1,581

Equipment

  • Mostly 2025 automatic trucks

  • Automatic chains installed

  • Refrigerated freight (no-touch)

  • Mix of live unload + drop & hook

Job Details

  • Loads start in Aurora, CO

  • Deliveries throughout Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah

  • ~1,700 miles/week

  • 24/7 operation — no set schedule

  • 70-hour weekly commitment

  • Phone interview required

  • Truck cannot be taken home

  • Orientation held in Salt Lake City

  • Orientation pay: State minimum wage, 12 hours

  • 0–1 yrs: $0.70

  • 2 yrs: $0.71

  • 3 yrs: $0.725

  • 4 yrs: $0.74

  • 5 yrs: $0.75

  • 6 yrs: $0.76

  • 7 yrs: $0.77

  • 8 yrs: $0.78

  • 9 yrs: $0.79

  • 10+ yrs: $0.80

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A

  • 3+ months tractor-trailer experience

  • Safe, professional driving history
